ScribeFire Makes Blogging a Snap
Posted under Free Resources, Hassle Free, Tools by ltruexAt the recommendation of one of the women in my mastermind group, I decided to try out ScribeFire a Firefox blogging ad-on. Once installed, ScribeFire puts a little icon at the bottom of your screen. When you want to post to your blog, simply click the icon and start writing, enter your categories and options, preview, and then publish to your blog. It works with a variety of platforms including WordPress, Movable Type, LiveJournal, Xanga, Windows Live Spaces, Tumblr, MySpace, Blogger and more.
Another great funtion is the ability to drag and drop formatted text from the Internet into your blog. (I highlighed and then dragged the list below right from the ScribeFire website)
- Categorize and tag your blog posts
- Upload images
- Set timestamps
- Save works-in-progress as notes
- Post an entry as a draft
- Share your posts on social websites
- Upload files via FTP
Scribefire also offers Quick Ads which can be used to quickly and easily monetize your blog through a variety of advertising resources.
